Ways to partner with Kroiss Consulting

  • On-site, Fractional Retained HR Service Fractional HR Services provides for outsourced consulting at your site for up to 20-60 hours per month. Services provided under this arrangement are for leadership, management support and high-level employee support.
  • Project Based, Non-Retained HR Services Additional services are offered on an hourly basis or a fixed fee determined on project scope and resources available and depending on level of service outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Kroiss Consulting will provide advisory and consulting services under this arrangement to assist you and/or your management team in determining your specific HR needs to include strategy, education and provide guidance through the process in helping your company determine the best solutions.
